Answers to what hosts ask most.

Why don't I see a Start button?

A Pathminder Rooms meeting can be started from a set number of minutes before its start time until its scheduled end. Before then its panel shows exactly when. Times are shown in your time zone.

If the panel says Set your screen name, add one on your Account page first.

A meeting that uses its own Zoom link can be started any time. In-person meetings, and dates that are canceled or paused, have nothing to start.

How do I change the name attendees see?

That's your host screen name. Change it under Profile on your Account page. It's used for every Pathminder Rooms meeting you start, from the next time you start one.

I closed the Zoom tab. How do I get back in?

Open the meeting from Your meetings and press Return to meeting. On another device the button says Start meeting; it takes you into the same Zoom meeting. Both are there until the meeting's scheduled end.

How do I change my meeting's time or description?

Most meetings' details are managed by the organization that lists them. Edit the meeting on their site, or ask their staff. A meeting you registered yourself is edited in Pathcheck. Either way, changes show up here on their own.

How do I report attendance for an in-person meeting?

Turn on reminders under Notifications on your Account page. After each meeting ends we'll email or text you a link, and the meeting appears under Attendance to report on Your meetings. Enter how many people came.

Where do participants verify attendance?

In Pathcheck, at devapp.pathcheck.com. Where an online or hybrid meeting offers verifications, its page here shows a code and a link to share with attendees.
